Living in UK (or simply outside of japan) makes you tougher and meaner in a good way.
If you don’t push hard， you don’t get anything.

Just any service tries to rip you off as much as possible by charging tiny stuf or adding unnecessary contract， or Delivery Company does not deriver properly.
Things mostly I could rely on the service in Japan don’t work well here.
Maybe this is how people get to learn how to insist or claim well.
Sometimes I am amazed how people can make great speech on small issue.

Anyways，
I just found out the luggage I sent out from Japan has been processed to send back to Japan without being delivered.
First I was told I would have to send it back again by myself. It will cost me 3 times more time and money!


Fortunately after making some calls the situation started looking better. There is no way I am gonna pay for return + redelivery fee.
