We’re spending so much time on checking house.
We saw one apartment yesterday. Top floor 2 bed room apartment facing marina in front and grand union canal its behind. Great view but interior needs lots of fixing.
no basement strage， nor garage.
seems overpricing.

Two more viewing tomorrow.
Both of them locate in city centre， reasonable price， freehold 3 bedroom house + garden + garage. .
Check interior， wall， sealing， neighbourhood， privacy.
